Io ho una grande passione per il gastro-cinema..forse ve ne siete accorti seguendo la mia rubrica su Radio Deejay e leggendo il mio blog :) e non posso fare a meno di farmi una classifica mentale sui migliori film di sempre che incarnano queste due meravigliose arti: sicuramente Ratatouille è uno dei più ben riusciti di sempre!!

I have a passion of food-movies…perhaps you already imagined that listening to my radio show and following my blog :) and I can't help creating for myself a chart of the best films that link these two wonderful arts: of course Ratatouille is one of the best ever made!!

Non solo perché gli sceneggiatori geniali hanno deciso di stupire il pubblico mettendo un topo/chef in cucina, ma anche perché alla fine del film lo vorresti anche davanti ai tuoi fornelli di casa.

Not only because the genial screenwriters that wrote the movie decided to startle us putting a rat/chef in the kitchen, but also because at the end of the film anyone would want to take him home and cook for us!

In suo onore mi sono cimentata nella preparazione della Ratatouille ideata da Remy "insieme" al pluristellato chef Thomas Keller, la cui prestigiosa consulenza è stata richiesta dai produttori della Disney.

In his honor I tried to prepare the Ratatouille presented in the movie by Remy and created by the Michelin star chef Thomas Keller for the producers.
