Sono partiti da una casa infestata dove si incrociavano assassini, pervertiti sessuali, cameriere avvenenti e rapitrici di bambini. Nella seconda stagione hanno dato spazio a folli rinchiusi in un ospedale psichiatrico e nella terza ad un manipolo di streghe molto ferrate sul voodoo.
They started with a House Haunted by serial killers, sexual perverts, sexy maids and baby kidnappers. In the second season they gave way to crazy people closed in an Asylum and in the third one to a Coven of witches very attracted by voodoo.
Lo scorso anno hanno fatto venire la pelle d'oca ai loro spettatori con il più inquietante Freak Show mai mostrato in tv e quest'anno hanno deciso di confermare le voci che negli Hotel si incontrano personaggi molto molto strani!
Last year they gave us goosebumps with the creepiest Freak show ever aired on tv and this year they decided to confirm the voices that in Hotels you could meet very very very strange people.
Non che avessimo dei dubbi dopo aver visto Shining e Grand Budapest Hotel :)

Questa serie non avrebbe di sicuro avuto il grande seguito che può vantare se non fosse stata interpretata da attori all'altezza come la grandissima Jessica Lange alla quale, negli anni, si sono affiancate le brave Kathy Bates e Sarah Paulson. Quest'anno i produttori non si sono fatti mancare un personaggio molto amato dal pubblico che rappresenta una delle icone di inquietudine e stranezza dello show biz: Lady Gaga.
This show would not be the same without the amazing cast chosen by the producers like the great Jessica Lange and the very solid Kathy Bates and Sarah Paulson. This year a "new" actress has been put to the test coming from a different field of show biz: Lady Gaga!
Visto che stasera e' Halloween sicuramente sarete alla ricerca di idee per dolcetti che siano anche scherzetti e visto che American Horror Story: Coven e' per adesso la mia stagione preferita ho deciso di proporvi la ricetta delle DITA DI STREGA MOZZATE che fa sempre la sua figura!
Since tonight is Halloween surely you will be fishing for creepy treats ideas and since American Horror Story: Coven is my favorite season of the show till now I decided to share with you my version of the SEVERED WITCHES' FINGERS!
Ingredienti: 90gr di burro, 100gr di zucchero, 1 uovo, vanillina, 240gr di farina, un pizzico di sale, mandorle spelate e sciroppo/marmellata di frutti di bosco.
Ingredients: 90gr of butter, 100gr of sugar, 1 egg, vanilla extract, 240gr of flour, a pinch of salt, almonds, berries' jam.
In una terrina ammorbidite il burro con lo zucchero poi mescolate bene con l'uovo. Aggiungete la vanillina, la farina e il sale e impastate fino a che non avrete una palla.
Mix butter and sugar then add the egg, the vanilla extract, flour and salt. Knead till you obtain a ball and put it in the fridge for 30 minutes to rest covered with film.
Coprite la pasta con una pellicola trasparente e mettetela in frigo per 30 minuti. Create dei biscottini a forma di dita, ricordandovi di fare con uno stuzzicadenti i tagli delle nocche e mettete una goccia di marmellata di frutti di bosco per attaccare le mandorle spelate che fungeranno da unghia.
Shape the cookies so they look like fingers (remember to make knuckles with a toothpick) and use the berries marmalade to stick the almonds at the nails' place.

Infornate per 15 minuti a 180 gradi e aspettate che si raffreddino per servire. Se volete spaventare ancora di più i vostri ospiti sporcate le dita con la marmellata in modo che sembrino appena mozzate :) Buon divertimento!!!
Bake for 15 minutes at 180 C. If you want a stronger impact spread some marmalade on the fingers to make them look like the have just been severed :) Have fun!!
