A New York nel 1973 nel giro di 6 mesi sono state inventati l'hip hop, la punk music, la disco music! La Grande Mela era tanto tumultuosa e pericolosa quando la culla perfetta per far crescere artisti poliedrici e geniali.

In about 6 months in 1973 musicians living in New York invented hip hop, punk and disco! The Big Apple was as dangerous and tumultuous as the perfect crib to nurture polyhedral and genial artists.

Ne sanno qualcosa Martin Scorsese e Mick Jagger che proprio negli anni '70 hanno raggiunto l'apice delle loro carriere artistiche e che dopo 40 anni sono ancora sulla breccia per raccontarlo.

Martin Scorsese and Mick Jagger know it very well since right in the '70s they reached the apex of their artistic careers and after 40 years they are still at the top to narrate it all. 

Da un'idea di Mick esposta a Marty ben 20 anni prende vita questa attesissima serie TV sceneggiata da un mostro sacro come Terence Winter che ci ha gia' stupito con opere come "The Wolf of Wall Street" e "Boardwalk Empire" sempre in collaborazione con Scorsese.

Sotto l'attenta e puntigliosa direzione di Martin Scorsese la scenografia, i costumi, il trucco e tutti gli attori tra cui spiccano i due protagonisti Bobby Cannavale e la bellissima Olivia Wilde (entrambi rubati della scena cinematografica) sono curati in maniera maniacale per catapultarci negli anni '70 in ogni inquadratura.

Under the meticulous direction of Martin Scorsese scenery, costumes, make up and all the actors among which we recognize the two protagonist Bobby Cannavale and beautiful Olivia Wilde from their movie careers are taken care maniacally to sling us back to the '70s in every shot.

Vi consiglio un antipasto ispirato ad uno dei creatori di Vinyl, Mick Jagger e alla suo segreto per rimanere sempre giovanile ovvero mangiare tantissimo pesce e avocado: VOL AU VENT RIPIENI DI CREMA ALL'AVOCADO E FARCITI CON CODE DI GAMBERO.

A propose an appetizer inspired to one of Vinyl's creators, Mick Jagger and to his secret to remain always young which is eating a lot of fish and avocado: VOL AU VENT FILLED WITH AVOCADO CREAM AND DECORATED WITH SHRIMP'S TAILS.

Ingredienti: 10 vol au vent, 2 avocado maturi, 10 code di gambero precotte, olio, limone, sale, pepe.

Ingredients: 10 vol au vents, 2 avocados, 10 pre cooked shrimp's  tails, oil, lemon, salt, pepper.

Cuocete i vol au vent al forno e mentre si raffreddano preparate la crema di avocado. Spelate gli avocado e in mixer mescolate i cubetti di avocado con succo di limone, olio sale e pepe a piacere. Ponete la crema nel cuore del vol au vent e aggiungete la coda di gambero.

While you bake the vol au vent prepare the avocado cream. Peel off the avocados and mix them in a mixer with lemon juice, oil, salt and pepper to your liking. Fill the heart of the vol au vent with the cream and 

Non vi consiglio ricette per il primo e per il secondo perché vi auguro di saltare i resto della cena e correre in camera da letto :) infondo il secondo segreto di lunga vita di Jagger e' fare tanto sesso!!!

I won't give you any other recipe for tonight since I wish to skip the first and second course and run to bed....just so you know the other Jagger's secret for long life is a lot of sex!!!

Ritornano in terapia (con mia grande gioia:) Barbara Bobulova e Adriano Giannini, unica coppia  di pazienti rimasta dal cast della prima stagione. Punto fermo del Dott. Mari sara' la propria psicoterapeuta, un favolosa Licia Maglietta, che lo aiutera' a gestire la fine del suo matrimonio.

There is only one couple of patients that stays after the first season meeting the doctor on Thursday. Steady rock for Mari will be his own therapist that will help him go through the end of his marriage.

PIZZA POMODORINI, AVOCADO E SEMI DI ZUCCA PER CHI E' "MOLTO INCINTA"!

Qualche settimana fa vi avevo parlato (a Radio Deejay e sul blog) di una delle mie commedie americane preferite: "40 Anni Vergine". Lo stesso geniale autore/regista Judd Apatow pochi anni dopo il primo successo ha partorito "Molto Incinta", un altra pellicola tanto divertente quanto realistica che ha sbancato il botteghino e lanciato la carriera cinematografica dei suoi due protagonisti.

A few weeks ago I talked to you (both on the radio and on the blog) about one of my fav American comedies: The 40 Year Old Vergin. The same genius writer/director Judd Apatow some later gave birth to "Knocked Up", another funny and realistic film that won at the box office and launched the movie careers of the two protagonists.

La bella Alison esce con la sorella per festeggiare una grossa promozione sul lavoro e, parecchio alterata dall'alcol, incontra il "simpatico" Ben più giovane di lei e ancora nella fase da bamboccione. I due si buttano tra le lenzuola, ma sul più bello a causa di un...diciamo...problema di comunicazione, Ben non si mette il preservativo.

Beautiful Alison parties with her sister because of a big work promotion and meets in a disco Ben, a younger and funny boy still in a explorative fase of his life. They throw themselves in bed, but because of a....let's say...communication disfunction, Ben does not wear a condom.

La mattina dopo Alison, uscita dai fumi dell'alcol, liquida Ben velocemente e si ributta nel lavoro. 8 settimane dopo una persistente nausea e la mancanza del ciclo le mandano un messaggio decisamente chiaro: e' MOLTO INCINTA! Alison decide di coinvolgere Ben nella gravidanza e i 9 mesi successivi non serviranno solo a far crescere il bambino, ma anche a la ragione per i due di cercare di essere una coppia.

The next morning Alison, sobered up, sends Ben his way quite fast and throws herself into work. 8 weeks later a persistent nausea and no periods send her a very clear message: she has been KNOCKED UP! Alison decides to involve Ben in the pregnancy and the following 9 months won't be only the right time to make the baby grow, but also the reason for the two to try and be a couple.

Le gag comiche si dividono equamente sul copione con i momenti di realismo e i due attori Katherine Heigl, star di Grey's Anatomy, e Seth Rogen, comico canadese, danno il meglio di se stessi. 

Comedy and real life shares equally the script's lines and the leading actors, the Grey's Anatomy star Katherine Heigl and Canadian comedian Seth Rogen give their best.

Dopo l'uscita del film, infatti, Katherine e' diventata per qualche anno la regina delle commedie romantiche, mentre Seth a continuato a lavorare con Judd Apatow e da solo. La sua ultima opera "The Interview" (che potete già vedere in Pay-Per-View o in DVD) ha causato l'attacco hacker più pericoloso della storia di Hollywood.

In fact, after the opening of the film Katherine became for a few years the queen of romantic comedies and Seth kept working with Apatow and by himself. His last work "The Interview" caused the most dangerous hacker attack of Hollywood history.

Per tutte le donne in dolce attesa che hanno voglia di divertirsi e di mangiare qualcosa di molto particolare ho trovato online una serie di "PREGNANCY PIZZAS" che un ristoratore inglese aveva inserito nel suo menu. Potete provare la Pizza Gelato condita con banane caramellate, prosciutto cotto, menta e gelato al pistacchio o quella alla bistecca se non riuscite proprio a decidere tra pizza e bistecca! Io ho preparato quella che fra tutte mi sembrava avere un abbinamento sano e appetitoso: la PIZZA  CON AVOCADO, POMODORINI, SEMI DI ZUCCA E CORIANDOLO.

For all the ladies expecting a child that crave to have fun and eat something really peculiar I found online a series of PREGNANCY PIZZAS that a English restaurant owner offered on his menu a few years ago. If you want you can try the Ice Cream Pizza or the Steak one if you really can't decide if you crave either pizza or steak! I made for myself the PIZZA WITH AVOCADO, CERRY TOMATOES, PUMPKIN SEEDS AND CILANTRO.

Ingredienti: 480gr di farina 00 (o farina per pizza), 250ml di acqua, 2/3gr di lievito di birra, 10gr di sale, mozzarella, pomodorini, avocado, coriandolo, semi di zucca salati, olio.

Ingredients: 480gr of medium strength flour 00, 250ml of water, 2/3gr of fresh yeast, 10gr of salt, mozzarella, avocado, cherry tomatoes, cilantro, pumpkin seeds, oil.

Per la pasta ho usato la ricetta del mitico blog Viva la Focaccia e ho impastato con Cucina Italiano di Imetec utilizzando il comodo gancio pizza. Mescolate 250gr di farina con l'acqua, coprite e lasciate riposare per 30 minuti. Poi aggiungete 70gr di farina, il lievito sciolto in un po' d'acqua e il sale e continuate ad impastare per 15/20 minuti aggiungendo un po' alla volta il resto della farina.

For the dough I used the recipe of the fantastic blog Viva la Focaccia. Mix 250gr of flour with the water, cover and let rest for 30 minutes. Then add 70gr of flour, the yeast melt in a little water and salt and knead for 15/20 minutes adding gradually the rest of the flour.

Trasferite l'impasto su una spianatoia, copritelo con la pellicola e con un panno e fatelo lievitare per 2 ore. Poi dividete la pasta in 3 porzioni, appallotolatele e mettetele in contenitori tapperware spennellati con un filo d'olio a lievitare ulteriormente.

Transfer the dough on wood surface, wrap it, cover it with a dishcloth and let rise for 2 hours. Then divide the dough in 3 portions, make small balls and put them in 3 containers greased with a little oil to rise further.

Io ho deciso di far lievitare per 12 ore in frigo e 12 ore fuori frigo per avere una base più' leggera possibile.

I have decided to let it rise for 12 hours in the fridge and 12 hours outside in order to have very light base.

Condite solo con la mozzarella e un filo d'olio e infornate nel forno preriscaldato a temperatura massima (io ho usato anche una piastra per pizza che ha aiutato a cuocere la base al meglio), poi aggiungete tutti gli altri ingredienti.

Make a pie, add only the mozzarella and a little oil and put in the oven at its maximum temperature, when ready add also the other ingredients.
